 Tonight at 5:30p the AFL-CIO and the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) honor and celebrate the contributions of Latino workers during Hispanic Heritage month, which runs from September 15 to October 15. LCLAA will also be releasing a new report, "Unions and Latinos – A Strategic Partnership for America’s Programs," copies of which will be made available to all attendees together with the AFL-CIO & LCLAA-sponsored Hispanic Heritage month poster. Since refreshments will be served, RSVPs are required.
