"The Hogan Administration is continuing its’ childish games," says AFSCME MD. The Administration "has chosen to try and punish AFSCME bargaining units by trying to deny them their rightful 1% wage increase, due January 2020," said the union. The Hogan Administration's move is "vindictive and childish," AFSCME MD added, suggesting instead that "They should be spending time trying to figure out solutions to the staffing crisis, and how to continue to provide great services to Maryland residents." A rally is planned for January 14.
