Area retirees turned out yesterday to stuff letters and flyers to IBEW 1900 members encouraging giving to the Community Services Agency through the PEPCO United Way Campaign. CSA’s Designation Numbers for the worksite giving campaigns are 8253 for United Way and DC ONE Fund and 19759 for the Combined Federal Campaign.
