The District of Columbia Nurses’ Association won the raffle for the official MLB baseball donated by the Nats, autographed by player Daniel Murphy. "Thanks to the more than 130 national and local unions, union-related organizations, and individuals who enabled us to sell 7,000 tickets for this year’s Labor Night at the Nats," said Community Services Agency Executive Director Kathleen McKirchy. Many purchased 50 or more tickets, helping boost sales to near-record levels this year. "Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success," said McKirchy.
