The Harvard Union of Clerical and Technical Workers (HUCTW) and Dumbarton Oaks have reached agreement and have signed a local Memorandum of Agreement ensuring that a new three year contract between Harvard - which owns Dumbarton Oaks - and HUCTW applies to Dumbarton workers. "Thanks for the Metro Council's support!" says Walter Howell, HUCTW's local union representative at Dumbarton.
