With DC Mayor Muriel Bowser continuing to negotiate an agreement with United Health Services that would exclude recognition of SEIU 1199 and DCNA at the East End Hospital that would serve the residents in Wards 7 and 8, the unions and Metro Washington Council are urging affiliates and activists to email the mayor this week.
