Electrical workers plug in

 IBEW Local 26’s Minority Coalition volunteers performed basic electrical work for DC Public housing recently, reports Susan Flashman. “The general electrical work helped put several empty units closer to being able to be occupied,” Flashman says. “Our members volunteered as part of our regular community service program.”
