 After hair stylist Blanca de Leon was fired suddenly, she started a petition to demand that Bubbles Salon change their policy to require 30 days notice before employees are terminated. “I’m speaking out so that others won't have to go through what I did,” says de Leon, one of the Employment Justice Center's worker members.
