 Joe Henry, a native Washingtonian, passed peacefully on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the age of 81. During his career with the United States Postal Service he served as President of NALC Local 142 and as an Arbitration Advocate after his retirement. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Friday, August 17 at 11 a.m. Interment private. Click here for online guestbook.
