 CNN workers are still waiting for justice. Last November the D.C. Circuit issued a final judgment in the case between the National Labor Relations Board and CNN America, finding that CNN violated the federally protected rights of more than 250 employees at the network’s bureaus in Washington, D.C. and New York, N.Y. The ruling was the culmination of more than five years of struggle by workers and their unions, but NABET-CWA Local 31 said “It is still difficult to say how long the case will take on remand or how CNN will continue in its efforts to prolong this case and deny justice.”
