Meanwhile, workers are preparing “for what we might have to do if we do not have an agreement by this new deadline,” hitting stores with pledge card actions in recent weeks. “The more we wear our union buttons, hats and stickers, talk to our coworkers, and let our managers now we’re willing to fight,” said bargaining committee member Tami Faulkier, “The better deal we’re going to get.”
