You know all about walking the picket-line for solidarity, but how about running? Sookyung Oh, a Public Policy Analyst at AFSCME, is organizing a “Labor Solidarity” team for the DC Gaza 5K on May 21st. Proceeds support the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) Community Mental Health Program for Palestine refugee children in Gaza suffering from psychological trauma and PTSD. “Currently we have 6 runners,” Oh says.
