 The DC Metro chapter of the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement has a newly-appointed board. Edmundo Osorio (IAM) is the president of the chapter, Sonia Lozano (LIUNA) is Vice President and Jessica Tamayo (SEIU 32BJ) is Financial Secretary, and Recording Secretary is Vidette Mejias (NEA). Executive Board members are Pedro Clavijo (Bricklayers), David Fernandez-Barrial (AFSCME 2910) and Jorge Bonilla (IAM). "LCLAA plays a key role in advancing justice for Latino working families," said LCLAA is welcoming the new board. "As we continue to expand our outreach, our chapters play a pivotal role in the overall growth and success of this organization and its goals!"
