 There is nothing more rewarding than seeing hard work pay off, especially if that results in justice being served. And, that is what has just happened with a non-union electrical contractor that, for far too long, got away with misclassifying workers, fraud, and tax evasion. Florida-based Power Design, Inc. is about to see a day, or many days, in court thanks to the efforts of Local 26’s Organizing department and the support of some key leaders in the judicial and legislative branches of Washington, D.C. government.
