
![]() The VA AFL-CIO has decided to cancel the labor-to-labor walks this Saturday in honor and in memory of long-time Executive Board Member Harry Dull, who passed away Wednesday. Dull served on the Virginia State AFL-CIO Executive Board for more than 40 years, was a proud member of CWA-IUE and served as president of the Shenandoah Valley Central Labor Council for many years. "Many of you remember Harry at our conventions when he gave the credentials reports or as the host of the hospitality room along with his wife, Joyce," reported the VA AFL-CIO. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, September 12 in the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St., Staunton, VA 24401). Services will be conducted at 2pm Saturday, September 13 in St. James Lutheran Church, 320 St. James Rd, Fishersville, VA 22939. Burial will follow at Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens, 1921 Shutterlee Mill Road, Staunton, VA 24401.Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Virginia State AFL-CIO Executive Board, Western Virginia Federation of Labor, Augusta County Fire and Rescue Company 11, Fishersville Ruritan Club, Linnea Spradlin, Roger and Linda Shuler, Gary Kendall and Joe and Linda Gensinger.
