![]() AFSCME Maryland members and public safety employees rallied last month outside Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services Secretary Stephen T. Moyer’s office in Towson to protest payroll system problems. Since the roll-out of the Workday payroll system, many employees have been missing overtime hours on their checks as well as regular hours. “100+ state employees have come forward to us with pay issues,” AFSCME tweeted earlier this week, “When will this crisis be addressed?!” AFSCME Maryland vowed to “continue to fight until all employees have received the money they’ve worked for and the issues with Workday are resolved." - AFSCME Maryland Comments are closed.
