OPEIU Local 2 Members at AFGE Rally for a Strong Contract

​American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) headquarters was awash in color last week, as AFGE staffers -- members of OPEIU Local 2 -- dressed in red to show support for the union's negotiating team as they met AFGE management to begin bargaining. The Local 2 bargaining unit at AFGE kicked off negotiations with an informational meet-and-greet with members, who were given red OPEIU Local 2 t-shirts reading "This place works because we do" on the back. photo courtesy OPEIU 2
