![]() The popular educational series for public sector workers and managers will be held across the street from the PERB offices, at 1101 4th Street SW, Room W250. The 2015-16 series will begin with an informative history of collective bargaining in the District of Columbia presented by Don Wasserman, longtime labor activist, arbitrator, mediator, federal official and former member of the DC Public Employee Relations Board. Many unique features of DC's law and regulations arise out of that history. The meetings are free and open to any representative of public sector workers in DC. Union leaders are encouraged to bring their agency counterparts with them, so both sides get the same information about important labor-management issues. Info at 202-316-0942. Comments are closed.
