 In Pakistan, 18 women Punjab parliamentarians vowed to take up the issue of decent work in brick kilns. The move followed their participation in a discussion organized by the Solidarity Center for the Trade Union Female Forum (TUFF). The Solidarity Center piloted TUFF to bring together female labor activists. In Iraq, women union activists helped shape Iraq's new labor law--which now includes the country's first law addressing sexual harassment at the workplace. Read more at the Solidarity Center.
