![]() Standing with the brave Walmart workers who are going on strike on Black Friday is easy, and it’s important! Because each store manager is required to track activities of community supporters and activists on Black Friday, all of our actions will be reported to Walmart's head office. By visiting a store on Black Friday, you’ll help demonstrate how broad the movement is in support of Walmart associate’s demands for fair pay, full-time hours and respect! You can participate with just four easy steps... First, check at blackfridayprotests.org to find a Walmart store you can visit today; there are at least five in the metro Washington area. Next, make a sign that includes the name of your town, why you support Walmart workers and the hashtag #WalmartStrikers. Next, take a photo of yourself with your sign in front of the store. And finally, don’t forget to post your photo on Twitter with the hashtag #WalmartStrikers!
