There are a lot of tactics and solutions that can help if you're exhausted by the COVID news and resulting changes to your day-to-day life. It's not okay to stop taking care of yourself and others!” The post includes a graphic providing examples of relief measures you can take, as well as links to additional resources regarding COVID-19 and COVID fatigue. “These tactics can help with many types of stress in your life,” the union notes, “and you may find that you were holding tension you didn't know existed.”
