UFCW 400 launches BetterKroger.org website

“You may have noticed that your local Kroger store is often understaffed,” says a new website just launched by UFCW Local 400. “Shelves are empty. Lines are getting longer. There’s a simple reason: Kroger is cutting staff and cutting hours to squeeze every last penny out of their workers.” BetterKroger.org “will help us to build community support for our members in West Virginia as they fight for a new contract,” says Local 400. “Supporters can sign up to get involved in our campaign, and soon we will use it to help drive media attention to the fight.”
