"Working through our union, Chizoba overturned this unfair suspension at the Office of Administrative Hearings," AFSCME 3 reports on its Facebook page. Brockbridge is a minimum security prison operated by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in Jessup, Maryland.
