The AFL-CIO, Bonnie Ladin Union Skills Training Program (BLUS) has an intensive set of courses scheduled for September. BLUS classes are open to all union leaders, staff and activists, creating a diverse group of participants in a multi-union environment. Classes are held at the Conference Center at the Maritime Institute in Linthicum Heights, MD, near the MARC Penn Line BWI Station and Light Rail North Linthicum Station.
