"Your lead story (Takoma Park Co-op workers unionize) is great news," writes Greg Artzner. "Excited to know that workers at our favorite place to shop when we’re in DC are joining our union. Just wanted to remind you you that the union is the INDUSTRIAL Workers of the World. Not 'International'. Common mistake."
Note: in a related update, Bruce Wolf reports that Co-op members and supporters of the workers on Monday night "asked the board to deal fairly in negotiations. The board and the interim GM agreed...The support committee will continue to build support for the workers among co-op members."
