The National Black Worker Center’s first annual Working While Black Exposition will take place this weekend. Featuring dynamic speakers, vendors, an apprenticeship fair and a film festival, the Exposition aims to educate Black workers, share innovative approaches to mobilization and organizing, and promote Black progress. “Together we will become informed, engaged and enlightened, so that we can build our personal power and effect real change in our communities,” say organizers. The Exposition is August 24th and 25th at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD.
