CSA's News You Can Use: Supporting Your Community

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Charitable giving campaigns are now underway all across the metro area, and whether you work for the federal or local government or in the private sector, you have the opportunity to support your community through the United Way, Combined Federal, or DC One Fund worksite campaigns. Hundreds of agencies, including labor’s own Community Services Agency, are ready to accept your designated contributions, which can usually be done through payroll deduction, “a very painless way to give!” says CSA Executive Director Kathleen McKirchy.
