Labor On The Move: ATU 689's Garland Retiring

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)A retirement party for Anthony "Wayne" Garland, ATU 689 Recording Secretary, will be held this Saturday, Oct 20 from 7p-1a at the ATU Local 689 union hall. “After 29 years of service with WMATA Garland will retire in December at the end of his term as Recording Secretary for Local 689,” the local reports.
