CSA's "News You Can Use": Free Tax Prep For Low-Income Residents

The DC Earned Income Tax Credit Campaign is offering free tax preparation services to low-income District residents. “Last year, our volunteer tax preparers filed more than 6,000 returns, helping low-income residents claim over $9 million in credits and refunds,” says Adam Perry at Capital Area Asset Builders. “This is a terrific program,” added Community Service Agency Executive Director Kathleen McKirchy, “especially these days, when every dollar counts.” Click here for locations, hours, and details.
