Since 2001, the DC Labor FilmFest has screened over 150 films about work and workers – documentaries, dramas and even comedies – bringing directors, stars, workers and activists together in this annual celebration of the struggle for economic and social justice, one of the most-anticipated and popular events on the year’s labor calendar. This year’s festival is scheduled for October 13-16, with nightly screenings at the AFI and free screenings at other venues around DC.
