CSA's News You Can Use: Emergency Homeowner Loan Program Extended

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)The Emergency
Homeowners Loan Program (EHLP) deadline has
been extended
to July 27 and may be extended further. The
program is for homeowners
at least 90 days behind on their mortgage
payments who are unemployed,
underemployed, or have a medical condition. To
apply, click here and complete the
Pre-Applicant Screening Worksheet and Third
Party Authorization forms and submit both to a
local EHLP Agency.
