Jobs With Justice Conference This Week in DC

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Hundreds of labor leaders, rank and file workers, students, religious leaders, community activists, and will gather in Washington this week for the Jobs with Justice National Conference where they’ll strategize about how to build a powerful movement of working people to defeat the corporate agenda. The conference runs Aug. 5th to 7th at the Omni Shoreham hotel and features plenary session discussions among national labor leaders, workshops, and training sessions.
