DCNA RN Thomas Honored

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Registered Nurse Deborah Thomas -- a long-standing member of the District of Columbia Nurses Association (DCNA) -- has been honored by The Washingtonian Magazine as a 2011 Excellence in Nursing Award recipient. Thomas (left), Diabetes Educator at Howard University Hospital, has served in many capacities on the local and national levels at DCNA.
