Songs and Solidarity

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)The DC Labor Chorus’ annual Concert of Favorite and Sacred Songs this Saturday is dedicated to the Occupy DC/Occupy Wall Street movement and features songs of particular significance to members of the chorus, from a parody of The Dreidel Song adapted in Wisconsin’s union struggles to “Tu Cantar” by Chilean activist Eduardo Yanez.
