The DC Employment Justice Center - a local organization that protects and promotes the legal rights of low-wage workers in the metro area - celebrates 10 years of successful advocacy on behalf of working people. "We hope you will join us on Labor Day for a dinner to celebrate and honor our 2010 and Decade of Service Workplace Justice Award recipients," say event organizers. See below for the complete list of awardees. Sponsorship opportunities range from $2,500 to $10,000. Individual tickets are $150 each; tables of 10 are $1,500 each.
