Howard University maintenance workers -- members of SEIU 32BJ -- marched through campus and rallied in front of Administration offices on Monday protesting the school's decision to outsource their jobs. Outsourcing could reduce wages and benefits for workers who've been employed by Howard for as long as 40 years, the union said.
