The Baltimore Teachers Union and AFT Maryland are joining with the National Action Network for a "Justice for All” march" being held on Saturday, December 13 at 12:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C. As previously reported, ATU 689, NNU and WTU Local 6 are among those planning to participate in this Saturday’s march -- formerly known as the National March Against Police Violence -- organized by the National Action Network. ATU 689 members are gathering at 9:30a at the Federal Triangle Metro stop (13th just south of Pennsylvania); NNU members nurses assembling at 14th & Pennsylvania; general gathering at 10:30a at Freedom Plaza (13th & Pennsylvania Ave NW); the march begins at 12 noon.
