![]() C.H.O.I.C.E. -- the Community Hub for Opportunities in Construction Employment-- representatives got into the holiday giving spirit early this year by donating 130 new winter coats to first graders at three Baltimore City elementary schools. On a cold, blustery November day just before Thanksgiving, Mark Coles, C.H.O.I.C.E. Executive Director, led a contingent of C.H.O.I.C.E. staff and local building trades officials in delivering the winter coats to 1st graders at Lyndhurst Elementary School, The Empowerment Academy, and Tench Tilghman Elementary Schools.
