The CWA Local 2336 Bargaining Team met with the Psychiatric Institute of Washington last week and reports improvements concerning the patient-care grievance process. “The Team wants members to remember their rights," Local 2336 reports. "Rights to be safe at work, rights to fair wages, rights to union representation at work, and rights to be treated with respect at work! Stay strong in solidarity!”
