![]() The next week is jam-packed with actions in DC connected to Democracy Spring and Democracy Awakening as activists mobilize in Washington to protect voting rights, get big money out of politics and demand a fair hearing and a vote on President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee. Then on Sunday, April 17, join the Metro Washington Council and the labor movement for a Democracy Awakening and Congress of Conscience Rally at the US Capitol (West Front) beginning at 1p. The US Supreme Court is the target on Monday, April 18 (arguments will be heard on the DAPA/DACA cases); meet in front of Union Station at 8A (50 Massachusetts Ave) and march to the Court.
