 OPEIU Local 2 Secretary Treasurer Linda Bridges was elected an International Vice President at last week’s OPEIU convention, the first female Int'l VP to be elected from Local 2. “I’m very happy to serve and it’s really an honor," Bridges told Union City. "Local 2’s membership is majority female; this is really their election. We have broken the glass ceiling together.
