 Santa – aka IUOE Local 99 Business Manager Don Havard – delivered a welcome load of toys to the Community Services Agency on Monday on his way to the Metro Washington Council’s Executive Board meeting. “Our members are happy and honored to be able to bring some joy to those area union families who need a little help this holiday season,” said Havard. “Extending a helping hand is the hallmark of the labor movement.” The deadline to participate in this year’s Basket has passed, but contributions to CSA’s Emergency Assistance Fund are always welcome; email [email protected] or call 202-974-8226.
