 The National Temporary Protected Status Alliance is this year’s George Meany-Lane Kirkland Human Rights Award-winner. “Its inspiring efforts to organize, uplift and empower immigrant workers and their families from all over the world” will be recognized at a reception November 27 at the AFL-CIO; RSVP by this Thursday, November 1.
