Pepco Worker Cleared After Union Files Charges

After a Pepco worker was disciplined for voicing concerns in a department meeting over announced changes that impacted the terms and conditions of employment for him and all of the other employees, his union, IBEW 1900, filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board. Pepco has since agreed to rescind the discipline and remove any reference to it from Company records. - 1900 VOLTS
