 Tickets are going fast for the upcoming Pete Seeger Tribute Concert. Josh White, Jr., Cathy Fink & Marcy Marxer, Emma’s Revolution and The U-Liners will pay tribute to Seeger on Sunday, October 19 at The Hamilton. “For more than seven decades Pete lent his voice to every great social movement of the 20th and 21st centuries,” says musician and organizer Joe Uehlein. “He used folk song and story to entertain, educate, and engage.” To celebrate the progressive movement “and the causes that Pete gave so much to,” Uehlein is hosting a musical tribute to Seeger, donating concert proceeds to the CultureWorks Collective (CWC), an organization Seeger helped found.
