"We Were There," DC COPE and Metro flyering on today's labor calendar

Celebrate Women’s History Month tonight at the Takoma Park Busboys and Poets, where local labor activists will bring the history of the struggles of women workers to life in “We Were There.” The program is free and starts at 6p.
​The DC COPE also meets at 6p at IATSE 22 and features a special presentation on the DC budget. There’s also more flyering against rate hikes on Metro;  see Calendar at right for complete details.
